OUR FABRICATION SHOP:
Jergens Piping Corporation is fully equipped to handle all of your pipe fabrication needs. We use only qualified welders and the best procedures, including inert gas purging to fabricate your piping systems.
Our 12,000 sq. ft. fabrication shop is outfitted with state-of-the-art equipment, including an overhead crane that traverses the shop allowing us to rig and move large bore pipe and fittings. Our highly trained welders work with carbon steel, stainless steel and exotic alloys such as Hastelloy C-22.
Our fabrication shop’s controlled work environment provides efficient productivity, quality assurance, quality control and safety.
We take great pride in meeting our customers’ schedule while always adhering to the highest quality and safety standards.

FABRICATION OF SKIDS
Jergens Piping Corporation has extensive experience and knowledge in the skid fabrication market. Through the waste water treatment business, Jergens has built numerous skids with many different configurations.
From fabricating the framework, to handling the electrical and instrumentation, to completing the piping on the skid assembly, and finally to the quality control, testing, and final approval, Jergens will turn over a process skid that is ready to be put in service by the customer. This will all be done with assurance that quality will reflect throughout the skid and the schedule will be met.
We are located on highway M-60, four miles off US 131 for ease of shipping.
